Eddie Parise is the owner and President of King Property Management, acquiring the company in 2017. Eddie started his real estate career as a high school student in Florida renovating homes, then becoming a realtor while in college. After graduating from the University of West Florida he moved to Houston, Texas. Eddie acquired more that 25-years of financial and real estate experience while serving as a Senior or Executive Officer at three predominate Houston banks. He has served on HOA Boards since 1990 and has managed many HOA and POA for residential and commercial communities. While Eddie is loves his work; family is most important thing in life. He is a proud father of two Eagle Scouts, Boy Scouts leader, MENSA and an usher at his church. Eddie’s wife, Lilia, oversees operations at King Property Management and together they have built a great place to work. Marshall and Christopher have been recruited to help out at the office on occasion but “King” – our mascot - is absolutely no help around the office.
King Mascot
King is a four year old English Labrador and the beloved mascot of King Property Management. English Labs are slightly smaller than American Labs but they are just as athletic, playful and gentle. King’s hobbies include retrieving, eating, sleeping, playing, and swimming. He was recently voted Mr. Congeniality by the neighbors but he has a weakness – balls. Though well trained, he absolutely cannot resist playing ball with neighborhood kids. King’s busy schedule doesn’t allow any time for work at King Property Management but he has agreed to pose for pictures from time to time.
