Eddie Parise

Eddie Parise, the esteemed owner and President of King Property Management, has a rich background in real estate and finance, amassing over 25 years of experience. His passion for real estate was kindled during his high school years in Florida, where he began renovating homes. This enthusiasm continued as he became a realtor while studying at the University of West Florida. After graduation, Eddie moved to Houston, Texas, where he served as a Senior or Executive Officer at three prominent Houston banks, honing his expertise in financial and real estate management.

Since 1990, Eddie has been a dedicated member of HOA Boards, skillfully managing numerous residential and commercial communities. Despite his professional achievements, Eddie’s greatest pride is his family. He is a devoted father to two Eagle Scouts, an active Boy Scouts leader, a MENSA member, and an usher at his church. Eddie’s wife, Lilia, oversees operations at King Property Management, contributing significantly to the supportive and thriving work environment they have created. Their sons, Marshall and Christopher, occasionally assist at the office, embodying the family-oriented spirit of the business.
